- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/3 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Mix dry ingredients together while the oven is preheating.
- Mix in the milk with the dry ingredients. Then add peanut butter and make sure you mix it all together, so it is like a batter.
- Pour mixture into the greased loaf pan so it won’t stick after baking.
- Bake about 1 hour. You can test the doneness of the peanut butter bread by sticking a knife in the center. If it comes out clean, it is done.
