When a man died after injecting his scrotum, his mother decided to point the blame at the people who inspired him to do that. By injecting his scrotum, his testicles inflated to the “size of a basketball” before killing him, and his mother blames the man’s five boyfriends for encouraging him to do it. Not only does Linda Chapman want to blame the man’s five boyfriends for encouraging him to get the scrotum injections, but she’s also taking them to court.
Her son, Tank Hafertepen, died in October 2018 of a pulmonary embolism. That’s why Linda Chapman filed a lawsuit in King County, Washington, against her son’s former lovers. She’s made the motion along with her other son, Ben, who are both distraught over the sudden and disturbing death of Jack “Tank.”
Chapman is seeking punitive damages against “master” Dylan Hafertepen and his “pups” Daniel Balderas Hafertepen, Charles Osborn, Matthew Scott, and Philip Myers, claiming the group influenced and manipulated Tank into injecting his scrotum with the lethal material.
On Dylan’s command, Tank allegedly began injecting his scrotum with silicone back in 2014. Because he was part of a “cult” scene, Tank had to keep taking the injections, and he did so until they took his life last October. Dylan required his followers or his “pups” to have engorged body parts, including scrotums. Dylan and Tank ran popular social media accounts where they prostrated their engorged body parts for the world to view. These photos featured the “master” and his “pups” shirtless and in jockstraps to give viewers a close look at what they were up to. The “pups” also wore harnesses and other devices. Some images feature the members of the cult without clothes on. Tank, among others, are featured with their enlarged testicles exposed to the world on social media, humiliating them and destroying their prospects of regular life.
At one point, a fan of Tank’s asked him how large he wanted his scrotum to become. The dead man responded, “Master will decide when enough is enough.”
Linda Chapman and her son Ben sighted negligence, wrongful death, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and civil conspiracy against Tank’s five boyfriends.
The lawyer for the family, Joe Murphy, said: “They robbed her of her right to be his mother.”
He told a news source, “We filed this suit to bring some closure and resolution. One of the most important parts of her will be discovery. She wants to know what happened. Why was she never called?”
Dylan has been running the cult in the Seattle area for some time. A former “submissive” has spoken out against him publicly.
Kyle Kingsbury told Daily Mail Australia that Dylan demands concerning things in his dominant/submissive contract.
“There are a few things I would say are unique to leather and dom play, which can look like abuse, like wearing a collar,” Kyle said. “However, Jack told us that he felt Dylan was abusive toward him. Dylan isolated Jack from his support network and he threatened Jack with a lawsuit if he talked about their relationship. These are not signs of a healthy leather relationship. Some of Jack’s friends, people who spoke out against Dylan, were blocked from speaking with Jack.”
